Feb. 65 Special Announcement:  The Executive Boad has decided to 
change the membership year from March through March to 
January 1st to January 1st.  A constitutional amendment will be
voted on at the combined annual and anniversary meeting in
April.
Mar. 65 Amendment to Constitution.   To qualify as a tax-exempt
organization, an amendment specifying how assets will be 
disposed of in case of dissolution of the organization will be voted
on.  The membership year change will also be voted on.
