SICAMORP.TXT is a tab delimited text file of the merged laboratory thin film (mid-IR) and dispersion (far-IR) absorbance spectrum (λ = 5-30 μm) of amorphous nano-SiC. The left column is the frequency in wavenumbers. The right column is the chemical absorbance (common logarithm based).

SICBEtabulk.txt is a tab delimited text file of the merged laboratory thin film (both mid- and far-IR) absorbance spectrum of bulk (3C-) β-SiC. The left column is the frequency in wavenumbers. The right column is the chemical absorbance (common logarithm based).

SICBetanano.txt is a tab delimited text file of the merged laboratory thin film (mid-IR) absorbance spectrum of β polytype nano-SiC. The left column is the frequency in wavenumbers. The right column is the chemical absorbance (common logarithm based).

Sicalphabulk.txt is a tab delimited text file of th e merged laboratory thin film (mid-IR) absorbance spectrum of bulk α-SiC. The left column is the frequency in wavenumbers. The right column is the chemical absorbance (common logarithm based).

SICNAnoab.txt is a tab delimited text file of th e merged laboratory thin film (both mid- and far-IR) absorbance spectrum of β- and α- nano-SiC. The left column is the frequency in wavenumbers. The right column is the chemical absorbance (common logarithm based).
