The following materials should be sent directly to the Graduate School of Arts and Sciences, Washington University in St. Louis, Campus Box 1187, One Brookings Drive, St. Louis, Missouri  63130:  Your completed application (please use envelope provided in the application packet if you are filing by paper), statement of interest, and the application fee or fee waiver form.  The application fee is $35.00 (for those applying outside the United States, please send an international money order in U.S. dollars). 

The following supplemental materials should be sent directly to the Department of Earth & Planetary Sciences, Washington University in St. Louis, Campus Box 1169, One Brookings Drive, St. Louis, Missouri  63130:  letters of recommendation, official transcripts, and test scores (GRE/TOEFL/TWE, etc.).
