FACULTY POSITION – GEODYNAMICS
Washington University in St. Louis announces a tenure track position in terrestrial geodynamics to complement our programs in seismology, mineral physics, and planetary geophysics. We seek an outstanding individual who will begin in August 2003 at the rank of assistant professor. Applicants will be considered from a variety of research fields, including crustal deformation, convection in the earth, and mantle and crustal rheology. Candidates should apply modern, quantitative techniques and demonstrate or show promise of excellence in both teaching and research.
