Steve Fossett Fellows ProgramThrough the generous support of alumnus Steve Fossett, undergraduate majors interested in the Earth and planetary sciences may receive J. Stephen Fossett Fellowships to allow them to engage in research related to exploration and discovery of the solar system. Steve Fossett is a 1968 graduate of the Olin School of Business, a distinguished businessman, and well known adventurer. The Fellowships are typically associated with students who are Compton Scholars. Fellowship support can be used for such items as travel, supplies, equipment, attendance at summer camps, and stipends. Many students work on NASA Projects and spend one or more summers working at a NASA Center. Contact Professor Raymond E. Arvidson, arvidson@wunder.wustl.edu for more information. |
